We are working with a premier healthcare institution located in Bali that has earned a strong reputation for clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centric service. As part of its growth and commitment to corporate transparency and compliance, the organization is seeking a Vice President – Corporate Secretary to oversee governance, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance at the highest levels.

About the Role
As the VP of Corporate Secretary, you will work closely with the Board of Commissioners and Directors to ensure effective governance and regulatory alignment. This is a strategic leadership role that blends regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and stakeholder communications within a fast-growing and highly regulated sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Annual General Meeting (AGM) materials, meeting minutes, and corporate governance reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with relevant regulations from OJK, IDX, and the Ministry of Law & Human Rights.
• Serve as a liaison between the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and external stakeholders on key strategic matters.
• Lead investor relations efforts, including public disclosures and shareholder communications.
• Draft, review, and maintain internal governance, ethics, and compliance-related policies.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, or Corporate Communications.
• At least 6 years of experience in a Corporate Secretary or Legal & Compliance leadership role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
• Deep knowledge of capital market regulations, governance codes (GCG), and disclosure practices.
• Strong drafting and legal documentation skills, with proven ability in presentations and stakeholder negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
