About the Company: 
Our client is a leading ICT player in Indonesia and are striving for growth by scaling it's B2B market in Indonesia. Currently, we're hiring for a VP Business Development to accelerate digital transformation solutions for their enterprise clients by offering innovative solutions across cloud, connectivity, IoT, and platform services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end IT solutions for B2B supply chain and energy segment clients.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and identify technological enhancements to drive operational efficiency and customer value.
• Define project scope, objectives, technical requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Align internal teams and resources based on project milestones, monitor and report project progress against targets.
• Stay current with trends and emerging technologies in supply chain, energy, and digital transformation. 

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or relevant field is preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, Six Sigma, ITIL, SAP, or supply chain certifications like APICS/CSCP) are a plus.
• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in IT solution development, enterprise systems, or supply chain technology.
• At least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing technology-driven solutions for B2B clients in the supply chain or energy sector.
• Strong background in working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
