Our client is a multinational manufacturing and distribution company specializing in food products. As part of its digital transformation journey, the company is migrating its systems to SAP HANA, and they are seeking a talented SAP Support Specialist to join their team and focus on the Finance and Controlling (FICO) module.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for the SAP FICO module, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to ensure SAP functionality aligns with business processes and requirements.
• Assist in the SAP HANA migration project, specifically related to FICO configurations and data migration.
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO settings, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Conduct system testing, validate configurations, and support end-users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, training materials, and process workflows.
• Train and provide ongoing support to users to optimize their use of the FICO module.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to resolve complex SAP issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO support and implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA migration projects and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proven experience in configuring SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and CO.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• SAP certification in FICO or related areas is a plus.
