About Our Client:
Our client is a leading premium real estate developer based in Bangkok, known for delivering high-end residential projects. As part of their digital transformation journey, they are looking for a capable ERP Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to improve internal systems, optimize workflows, and bridge the gap between business functions and IT infrastructure.
Job Summary:
This role combines the capabilities of an ERP Functional Consultant with those of a Real Estate Business Analyst, focusing on analyzing, designing, and enhancing technology systems to support operations such as customer data management, property/project management, and business intelligence. You’ll serve as a critical liaison between stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs. 
 
Responsibilities:

• ERP Enhancement & Workflow Optimization:
• Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the in-house ERP system.
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose system-driven solutions..
• Functional Consultation & Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with business users to gather functional requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions.
• Act as the key liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure system alignment and smooth implementation.
• Promote ERP adoption and provide ongoing support and training to users.
• ERP Adoption & Change Management:
• Manage the end-to-end process, preparing compelling document and develop reports and dashboards to deliver key performance insights

Qualifications:

• Essential:
• 4+ years of experience in ERP implementation, functional consulting, or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with accounting or finance processes.
• Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation.
