Club Manager - Padel

About the company:
WeNetwork is partnering with a premium lifestyle padel facility located in Jakarta. Built to deliver an elevated sporting and social experience, the club offers world-class courts, curated events, and a vibrant community for both new and seasoned players.

We are seeking a highly capable Club Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure smooth execution across all aspects of the facility — from guest satisfaction to team performance, events, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility & Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
  • Work closely with grounds and maintenance teams to deliver a consistently high-quality environment.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness and availability.
2. Team Leadership
  • Supervise key team leads across front-of-house, grounds crew, and coaching staff.
  • Provide clear direction and foster a collaborative, service-driven culture across the team.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training where necessary.
3. Guest Experience & Community Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with customers through responsive communication and hands-on service.
  • Design and implement programs to attract new players and nurture engagement with loyal guests and surrounding communities.
  • Act as the on-site ambassador for the club’s values and experience.
4. Event Management
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and deliver a high-impact calendar of events: tournaments, social mixers, corporate sessions, and special club activities.
  • Lead end-to-end execution including logistics, equipment, catering, and follow-up feedback.
5. Marketing & Communications
  • Support delivery of club-specific content across owned channels such as Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with management to drive awareness and promote events, experiences, and new offerings.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
  • Own and manage the club’s operational budget, working in alignment with central finance teams.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (operational and financial), ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Maintain cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
7. Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure contracts, scheduling, and payments are handled accurately and professionally.
8. Industry Awareness
  • Stay updated on padel and sports lifestyle trends, incorporating best practices and innovative ideas into the club experience.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in hospitality, club operations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing both front-line and operational teams.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
  • Solid presentation, spreadsheet, and P&L understanding.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and project management skills.
  • Passion for sports, wellness, or racquet sports (padel/tennis) is a major plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events and operations.
