About the company and role:
A leading financial group is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief Technology and Transformation Officer to lead its enterprise-wide technology transformation. This role will spearhead the modernization and unification of legacy systems—including the synchronization of multiple ERP platforms into a single, streamlined architecture—while shaping the digital direction of a highly complex, regulated organization.
The successful candidate will operate at the highest levels of influence, working closely with board members and senior executives to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term business alignment through technology.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with proven experience in large-scale technology transformation within complex, regulated environments—especially in banking, financial services, or diversified business groups.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Technology Leadership: Define and execute a group-wide IT strategy that supports long-term business objectives, digital growth, and organizational resilience.
- ERP Integration & Systems Modernization: Lead the integration and synchronization of multiple ERP platforms into a unified architecture to enhance data visibility, decision-making, and operational synergy.
- Enterprise-Wide Digital Transformation: Oversee digital initiatives across core operations, customer touchpoints, and back-office functions, ensuring scalable and secure solutions that enable a modern business environment.
- Enterprise Architecture & Governance: Build a scalable, secure, and flexible enterprise IT architecture. Implement governance frameworks to ensure system integrity, performance, and compliance.
- Cybersecurity & Risk: Strengthen cybersecurity capabilities, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across all entities.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with board members, CEOs of subsidiaries, and cross-functional leadership to align IT programs with organizational goals and transformation priorities.
- Team & Culture Development: Build and lead high-performing IT and digital teams across business units, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
Requirements: - Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in a Group CIO, CTO, or equivalent transformation-focused executive role.
- Demonstrated success in ERP integration or consolidation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) across large-scale, multi-entity organizations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology, infrastructure, digital ecosystems, and regulatory environments—preferably in financial services, banking, telecom, or diversified conglomerates.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a passion for continuous innovation and sustainable technology enablement.
- Capable of leading high-stakes transformation agendas under tight timelines and changing business needs.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders across diverse business verticals.
