This is a great opportunity to join a respected head contractor delivering high-end custom homes and bespoke industrial builds across Brisbane. You'll be given full support to transition from Contract Administrator to Project Manager—taking ownership of your own jobs while learning directly from senior leaders.

You'll be across 2–3 projects at a time and work closely with loyal, repeat clients, subcontractors, and consultants—so strong communication and commercial skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Construction Manager while managing your own projects
  • Develop project programs, resourcing plans, and procurement schedules
  • Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
  • Let trade packages and coordinate subcontractors
  • Oversee and maintain control of project budgets and forecasts
  • Handle contract administration: RFIs, variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
  • Ensure quality control and WHS compliance are maintained on-site
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, manage logistics and procurement
  • Ensure timely and accurate project documentation and reporting


Key Skills / Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
  • Ideally 5+ years in a CA role, with experience leading your own projects as the lead CA
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, and cost reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your career
  • Confidence in being client facing
