Unite Construction have partnered with a well-regarded commercial fitout company to secure a
Contracts Administrator for upcoming
healthcare and education projects across Brisbane. This role offers the chance to join a stable, growing business that values collaboration and provides structured career development.
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you’ll be involved across the full delivery process – from procurement through to project completion – gaining exposure to high-quality fitout work while building long-term progression in the business.
Key Responsibilities - Draft, review and manage subcontractor agreements and procurement packages
- Handle variations, progress claims, RFIs, ITPs and related project documentation
- Track project costs and budgets in line with program requirements
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients to resolve issues
- Provide ongoing support to the delivery team ensuring projects are on time and within budget
Experience - Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in fitout or commercial construction
- Background in healthcare or education projects highly regarded
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight deadlines
- Construction Management degree or similar (preferred, not essential)
