A leading construction company is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to join their Perth-based team, supporting a range of civil and building projects across the metro area. If you’re ready for a hands-on role where you’ll be onsite, influencing culture, ensuring compliance and driving best practice, this is the one to look at.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support construction teams by providing day-to-day HSEQ advice and guidance
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Lead and support incident investigations, with a focus on learning and improvement
• Maintain HSEQ management systems to ISO standards and align with WA legislation
• Facilitate inductions, toolbox talks and targeted safety training
• Promote a practical and proactive safety culture across all levels of the business
• Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors and regulators

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in a HSEQ role within construction (civil or commercial)
• Minimum Cert IV in Work Health & Safety; Diploma preferred
• Solid understanding of WA WHS legislation and environmental responsibilities
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to work directly with site teams
• A hands-on mindset and keen attention to detail
• Perth-based with flexibility to visit multiple project sites across the metro area
