Why this role? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress into principal and grid connection manager roles over the next 12 months, with tailored career progression plans from day 1. The business has a large pipeline of projects across Hydrogen BESS, Solar and Wind, with the business recently reaching FID on 2 projects and a billion dollars’ worth of construction happening across their assets.
What I admire most about them is the excellent culture they’ve created, with a friendly and welcoming environment. They have recently moved to a new facility in the CBD, with most of the employees working Mon-Thurs with Friday as the WFH day. This has created a cohesive and close-knit team who genuinely love what they are doing.
I highly recommend this position to any senior or principal level grid connection engineers looking to work developer side for a business genuinely making a difference.
