Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to kick-start your career in a dynamic industry?
We’re seeking a motivated and curious early-career professional to join our team as a Project Development Officer.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have a year or two of experience, you'll gain hands-on exposure to solar, wind, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects, and be supported by experienced mentors in a collaborative, flexible workplace that values diverse perspectives.

As a Project Development Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of project development—contributing to site identification, land access, environmental approvals, and stakeholder engagement—while learning from experienced professionals in the field.

What You’ll Do
✔ Support Project Development – Assist in taking projects from early-stage site identification through to financial close.
✔ Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement – Help facilitate discussions with landowners, negotiate agreements, and support community engagement initiatives.
✔ Environmental & Planning Approvals – Contribute to environmental impact assessments, regulatory approvals, and interactions with local and state authorities.
✔ Technical & Commercial Support – Work with engineers on project layouts, support the grid connection process and contribute to financial close activities.
✔ Project Transition & Delivery – Provide ongoing support as projects move into pre-construction, construction, and operational phases.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Degree in Renewable Energy, Planning, Environment, Geography, Business, Law, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years in project development, environmental approvals, stakeholder engagement, or consulting within the renewable energy sector.
Skills: Strong communication, research, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with GIS or graphical software is a plus.
Personal Attributes: Passionate about renewables, adaptable, self-motivated, and willing to travel to project sites.
