Our client, a global Investor in the Real Assets space (predominately Infrastructure) , led by a number of highly regarded executives with impressive track records of returns are looking to add an Investment Associate to the Infrastructure team based in Sydney.

With 10's of Billions in AUM they have invested in Assets such as Airports, digital infrastructure, energy transmission, utilities, renewables and social infrastructure.

About the role

This role will support the execution of transactions within the broader Infrastructure teams mandate and will contribute to devising and refining an investment strategy for Australia/NZ together with the Associates and Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities in this role will include:

• Complete detailed due diligence and financial modelling on selected Investments;
• Advanced Financial modelling / DD / recommendations
• Develop and execute a regional investment strategy from origination to exit;
• Establish and manage relationships to gain access to potential transactions;

About you

Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where change is inevitable. Ideally, you will have:

• 3-6 years of experience in the ANZ Infrastructure Investment or Investment Banking markets
• Significant experience in transaction execution
• Highly developed Financial modelling skills
• Strong commercial acumen coupled with analytical skills;
• Strong project execution and operations management skills;
• Strategic thinking skills.
