As part of our continued growth, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced execution environment, enjoys balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making, and takes pride in delivering high-quality digital marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager by executing campaigns, managing digital channels, optimizing performance, and ensuring marketing initiatives contribute to business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Digital Media Specialist, you will support the execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy across paid media, social platforms, website content, CRM systems, and reporting. Your focus will be on ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and continuously optimized to achieve business objectives.
Paid Media & Campaign Management
• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns in line with approved marketing strategies
• Execute audience targeting updates, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audience creation
• Conduct A/B testing across creative assets, audiences, and campaign variations
• Monitor campaign performance and implement approved budget and bid optimizations
• Troubleshoot rejected advertisements, tracking issues, delivery problems, and platform-related concerns
• Pause underperforming campaigns and coordinate replacement creative assets when required
Content Creation & Creative Execution
• Write compelling ad copy based on Marketing Manager direction and campaign objectives
• Create and update photo, video, and social media content across multiple brands
• Develop social media assets aligned with content calendars and campaign schedules
• Update creative assets, pricing, product information, and content parameters as required
• Ensure all content remains on-brand, accurate, and aligned with campaign goals
Social Media & Audience Engagement
• Schedule and manage organic and paid content across multiple social platforms
• Support LinkedIn outreach and professional networking initiatives
• Monitor social media comments, messages, and engagement activity, escalating issues when appropriate
• Collect competitor insights, market intelligence, and audience trends to support ongoing optimization efforts
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor daily campaign performance, lead generation activity, and marketing KPIs
• Review Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and customer journey data to ensure tracking accuracy
• Test landing pages, lead forms, and conversion pathways to identify issues and opportunities
• Maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and performance benchmarks
• Build, maintain, and update marketing dashboards across advertising, CRM, and email marketing platforms
• Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for leadership review
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities through data analysis
Website & Digital Platform Management
• Manage website content updates across WordPress, Neto, and related platforms
• Update copy, images, product information, and page layouts as required
• Identify and resolve basic website issues, broken elements, and content inconsistencies
• Support content preparation and migration activities for new website initiatives
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to the Marketing Manager
CRM & Direct Marketing
• Manage Mailchimp email and SMS campaigns, including scheduling, deployment, and reporting
• Execute approved automation workflows and customer nurture sequences
• Create email templates and campaign assets using Canva and related design tools
• Maintain CRM integrations, audience segmentation, and data synchronization processes
• Upload, manage, and organize leads generated through digital campaigns
• Monitor email and SMS performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Attend regular sales and marketing meetings and contribute performance insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support campaign execution
• Provide approved creative assets, performance reports, and campaign information to agency partners
• Maintain marketing calendars, project management systems, and task tracking tools
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance, marketing processes, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, performance marketing, or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and Google Ads (highly advantageous)
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and performance reporting
• Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with Canva, ClickUp, WordPress, Neto, or similar platforms is advantageous
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and accountability
• Willingness to work in Australian business hours
• Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga
