Nobul are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Installer / Joiner on behalf of our valued client — a well-established, family-oriented company operating across the Redlands, Capalaba, and Cleveland areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive team, enjoy consistent local work, and potentially step into a leadership role.

Role Overview:

• New build residential joinery installation
• Includes defect repair work and light carpentry tasks, such as: Installing and adjusting cabinetry and shelving, Minor door and trim fixes, on-site modifications and finishing work
• Work is a mix of team-based and independent jobs
• Strong potential to progress into a Leading Hand role and manage a small crew

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in residential joinery installation
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential carpentry
• Must have own tools, vehicle, and PPE to begin
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to read plans and work autonomously when required
• Clear communication and team player mindset
