Project Planner – Transmission Project, Tasmania

Naavi has partnered with a leading national provider of power and communications infrastructure to recruit an experienced Project Planner for a major transmission project in Tasmania.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to contribute to critical infrastructure that powers communities and drives progress. Working within a highly skilled team, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a complex transmission project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for transmission projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare regular reports detailing project status, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project planning within the power or infrastructure sectors
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Strong understanding of transmission projects and associated challenges
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
