Vet Surgeon - Full or Part Time - Independent Practice - Basingstoke (to £80K)

• interesting and varied surgical and medical caseload

We are now recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join a family owned first opinion small animal practice near to the Basingstoke area of Hampshire.

• excellent full or part time opportunity working 4 days a week with some Saturday mornings on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH
• Part time hours considered from 2 days each week.
• practice is independently owned and brand new with fantastic facilities and equipment including digital radiography, ultrasonography and an Idexx in-house integrated laboratory.
• interesting and varied surgical and medical caseload with visiting orthopaedic Surgeon and soft tissue referral surgeons
• CPD funding and professional development and further study supported
• you will need a minimum of 2 years + in practice and able to work sole charge.
• join a wider team of 25 Vets.
• paid RCVS membership and VDS fees
• super location with excellent shopping options, good schools and beautiful countryside nearby and great transport links

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• minimum of 2 years + in practice
• able to work sole charge.
