Your Role at a Glance: - Provide administrative and operational support to senior executives and the wider team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, internal and external meetings, and team events
- Manage calendars, expenses, catering, presentations, and reporting
- Be the central point of contact for team queries and visiting staff
- Support onboarding processes, liaise with IT, and ensure smooth team operations
- Prepare and format agendas, documents, and high-level presentations
- Maintain records, archiving, and general office administration duties
What You’ll Bring: - 3+ years in a Team Assistant, PA, or EA role – ideally within corporate, legal, or financial services
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities
- Polished communication skills and stakeholder confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- A high level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability
- Positive energy, initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure
