Corporate Receptionist with experience in professional services, legal, banking, or accounting, to be the friendly face of their
Sydney office.

Your Day-to-Day - Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and emails via a busy switchboard
- Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms, kitchen staff, catering, and office supplies
- Provide admin support to the wider team
- Liaise with IT regarding any tech issues
- Communicate with building management as needed
- Assist with arranging and organising internal firm functions
- Keep the front desk polished and the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For - Previous experience in a corporate reception role within professional services (legal, accounting, banking or similar)
- A confident, warm, and highly polished communication style
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Tech-savvy with sound admin and Microsoft Office skills
- Someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional environment
