The Opportunity

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading accountancy practice that combines professionalism with warmth. They’re seeking a Corporate Receptionist with experience in professional services, legal, banking, or accounting, to be the friendly face of their Sydney office.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and emails via a busy switchboard
  • Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms, kitchen staff, catering, and office supplies
  • Provide admin support to the wider team
  • Liaise with IT regarding any tech issues
  • Communicate with building management as needed
  • Assist with arranging and organising internal firm functions
  • Keep the front desk polished and the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception role within professional services (legal, accounting, banking or similar)
  • A confident, warm, and highly polished communication style
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Tech-savvy with sound admin and Microsoft Office skills
  • Someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional environment
