Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support via email, live chat, and phone to our customers.
- Assists patients in booking appointments with the client's doctors
- Assist those who encounter difficulties booking online and prefer to reach out via phone or chat through our website
- Completing administrative tasks to ensure that every appointment, whether booked online, over the phone, or via live chat, meets the client's standards
- Ensure that any post-appointment actions endorsed by the treating doctor are carried out.
