Required Experience

• Must speak, read and write fluent English
• 2+ years of any Revit experience and BIM standards and best practices
• 1+ years of any AutoCAD experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications and other construction documents
• Ability to create accurate 3D renders and 3D modelling for presentation materials
• Ability to work with the design team to assist and develop design ideas and solutions as required
• Attention to detail and highly organised
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team atmosphere and in an international environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Architecture/Engineering or Construction related field qualification is desirable but not compulsory
• Familiar and/or experience with the following software programs or similar is an advantage:

1. Navisworks
2. Sketchup
3. Lumion
4. 3D Studio Max
5. Enscape
6. Twinmotion

• Knowledge of using Point clouds within Revit is a plus
• Highly Desirable: Experience in the design of foodservice facilities such as QSR restaurants, cafes, hotels, aged care premises or education facilities

Proficient With

• Gmail and Google-related products
• Zoom, Google Meet or similar teleconference options - including experience of collaborative presentations
