The Role – Joinery Estimator

We are seeking a Joinery Estimator to join their team, focusing on high-end projects in Brisbane. The role involves preparing accurate estimates, managing costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ideal candidates will have experience in joinery estimation or a cabinet-making background with strong knowledge of joinery processes and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed and accurate joinery estimates for various projects, including those in retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
• Sourcing materials and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identifying potential risks and challenges within tender documents and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in joinery estimation or a cabinet-making background.
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in estimating tools and software, such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A meticulous approach to costings and identifying project challenges

Work Set Up:

• On-Site
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
