We are searching on behalf of a global, strategic cyber resilience firm, backed by one of

the world’s leading investment funds.


This advisory business convene world-class talent and innovation to help the Global

2000 navigate today’s complex risk landscape. We are looking for a Partner to join as a

central orchestrator of this mission. You will operate at the intersection of cybersecurity,

business strategy, and venture innovation.


Job Description

We are seeking tenured cyber consultancy leaders and practitioners to own the

strategic direction of the cyber transformation and strategy practice. You will be the

primary bridge between our unique ecosystem and the C-suites of the world’s most

influential organisations. This is an invitation to build a legacy in a high-growth

environment that values autonomy over bureaucracy.


Core Pillars of Impact

Strategic Growth & Ecosystem Stewardship

• Orchestrate multi-year, transformational partnerships that leverage our entire

ecosystem. You won’t just sell projects; you will design resilience roadmaps that

integrate advisory expertise with innovative technology solutions

• Take full ownership of the financial health and strategic direction of your area,

focusing on long-term value creation rather than short-term billing cycles

C-Suite Advisory & Value Creation

• Operate as a peer and trusted counsel to Boards and CxOs. You will translate

technical cyber imperatives into strategic business opportunities, ensuring that

cyber resilience is a core component of their business growth.

• Oversee the end-to-end success of high-stakes engagements, ensuring that

every interaction generates measurable, systemic business value for the client.

Intellectual Capital & Market Eminence

• Help define the industry standard for cyber resilience. You will lead the creation

of new blueprints and service lines that differentiate us globally.

• Actively shape the industry narrative through high-profile speaking engagements,

white papers, and participation in elite global forums.

Talent Legacy & Culture

• Mentorship as Mission: Sponsor and coach the next generation of leadership.

You will be responsible for attracting top-tier talent and mentoring Directors and

Principals into the Partners of tomorrow.

• Founder Mentality: Bring the energy and resourcefulness of a startup founder,

helping us scale our global footprint while maintaining a culture of psychological

safety and continuous learning.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for established leaders who identify with one or more of the following

archetypes:

  • The Ecosystem Leader: A former CISO or industry leader with an elite network who thrives on connecting people and ideas.
  • The Strategic Architect: A high-level consultant (Strategy or Big 4) who is tired of the red tape and wants to design real-world solutions.
  • The Market Maker: An entrepreneurial rainmaker who has built and scaled successful practices in new territories.

During the course of the interview process we will seek to discover your:

• Track record of originating and leading complex transformation programs

• Ability to demystify complex cyber risk for non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in building a practice from the ground up—hiring teams, defining

methodologies, and managing a P&L

• Blend of professional services and practitioner experience (e.g., former CISO or

seconded practitioner)

• Energy and resourcefulness to help us scale the global footprint while

maintaining a culture of psychological safety and continuous learning.
