Regional Sales Manager, SLED - West Coast
Position Overview
We’re partnered with a high-growth enterprise security company looking for an experienced sales professional to drive new business across a western territory. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Responsibilities
· Drive net-new business across assigned accounts and territory
· Build and maintain pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner engagement
· Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close
· Deliver presentations to executive and technical stakeholders
· Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility within CRM
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success
· Travel as needed throughout the territory
Qualifications
· 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
· Experience selling into state, local government, or education organizations
· Consistent history of quota attainment
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
· CRM proficiency required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Must be based in California
