We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and client-focused insurance brokerage seeking a Personal Insurance Account Manager to join their growing team. This salaried position is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-driven environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, each member assigned a dedicated portfolio of clients. Working closely with producers and insurer partners, you’ll handle renewals, endorsements, and risk assessments, while also guiding clients through claims processes and crafting personalized insurance programs.
What You’ll Do:
Provide full-service support to an assigned portfolio of personal insurance clients
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing needs
Assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Prepare insurance applications and proposals tailored to client needs
Guide clients through claims processes with empathy and professionalism
Maintain strong relationships with insurer partners and internal teams
What You Bring:Skills & Experience
3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
Strong team player with a proactive, client-first attitude
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with a professional and solutions-focused approach
Education & Technical Knowledge
RIBO license (active and in good standing) – required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with TAM, EPIC, Compu-Quote, and broker portals considered an asset
