Trainee Paraplanner

Fram are working with an independent financial planning firm with offices across the UK. Due to growth within their Financial Advisor team, they are seeking to add an additional a remote trainee paraplanner with the requirement to attend their Manchester or Nottingham office once a quarter for the team meeting. Our client is looking for a senior administrator or trainee paraplanner, with some RO qualifications with experience of writing annual reviews and basic report writing. A suitable candidate will have knowledge of intelligent Office and Genovo, and will be happy to support a couple of advisors.

The role is remote and would suit someone who wants to work with a strong IFA brand, with experienced advisors who deal with all areas of advice including cashflow modelling. The salary range is dependent on experience and role stability.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with advisor to collate advice for client
• Preparing for client meetings
• Produce financial planning and investment suitability letter across a range of areas - IHT, Cashflow forecasting, VCT, EIS etc
• Producing comprehensive and clear suitability letters for clients
• Act a point of contact to answer client questions
• Assist with the development of FP review
• Liaising with other technical staff in order to ensure a consistent client experience across the Group
• Using a wide range of software tools, research practices and processes of analysis to create financial plans.  

An ideal candidate will have IFA administration or trainee pp experience working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning. Have experience within an IFA although a restricted background will also be considered and experience of Intelliflo and Genovo will be an advantage.
