Fram is working with an asset management firm that is looking to engage with an Investment Operations professional to support its trading and portfolio activity. The business operates a long-only strategy within a small team, offering a high level of flexibility alongside a hybrid working model. The environment is hands-on, with operations closely aligned to the investment process. The firm is an asset manager and not a wealth manager.

The role covers the full trade lifecycle, including trade processing, settlement oversight, and liaison with brokers and custodians. There is ongoing responsibility for monitoring portfolios, managing cash positions, and maintaining accurate data across internal systems. Daily reconciliations across holdings, cash, and accruals form a key part of the role, with ownership of investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Alongside core responsibilities, the position includes supporting client reporting, maintaining records, and providing data to other areas of the business. There is also scope to contribute to improving processes and how data is managed, working closely with senior colleagues in a small team where individual contribution is visible.
