About the Role

Support the delivery of ICT labour hire procurements within a large-scale transformation program. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will draft and quality assure key documentation, coordinate procurement activities, and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance and best practice outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and quality assure procurement and governance documentation
• Coordinate procurement-related meetings, workshops, and briefings
• Manage procurement correspondence and maintain communication channels
• Develop and maintain procurement and contract risk assessments
• Provide advice on procurement and contract management practices
• Support contract administration, including development of management plans

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and related policies
• Experience leading end-to-end ICT labour hire procurement processes
• Proficiency in drafting RFT documents, risk assessments, and response schedules
• Demonstrated ability to manage contract administration activities
• Experience working with competing priorities and time constraints
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

Existing Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
