About the Role

This role supports the delivery and performance of critical API integrations used across Scheme and Payment Platforms. You will work with internal developers, external vendors, and Digital Partners to maintain, configure, and support APIs through platforms such as MuleSoft and IBM API Connect, ensuring high availability, reliability, and secure data access.

Key Responsibilities

• Support API onboarding and integration for external digital partners
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and report on API health and performance
• Work with MuleSoft and IBM API Connect to configure and maintain APIs
• Collaborate with level 3 support and development teams to resolve issues
• Document support procedures and maintain accurate system configurations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in API integration or support roles
• Strong understanding of API platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with a quality-first mindset
• Hands-on knowledge of MuleSoft and/or IBM API Connect is desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure, mission-critical environments

Australian Citizenship + ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
