The Role

Our client, a well-established travel retail MNC poised for significant growth across the APAC region. This offers a stable yet evolving platform to make a substantial impact on their regional people strategy.

As the HR Manager (Operations & Generalist) based in Singapore, your core responsibilities will center on ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of essential HR services alongside providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle.

This role encompasses generalist duties, you will be the key point of contact for employee relations, supporting talent management processes including recruitment, performance management, and learning and development, providing support in compensation and benefits administration, and collaborating with department managers as a point of contact for HR-related guidance, contributing to the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.

To thrive in this role, you will likely possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire employee lifecycle with at least 7 to 12 years of progressive responsibility, ideally with regional scope in HR Generalist, HR Operations functions.
  • Relevant industry experience in Retail, Travel Retail, and/or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven proficiency with HRIS systems; SAP expertise is a significant plus.
