Campus President - Centerville, OH
The Campus President is the chief executive of the Centerville campus and is responsible for driving campus performance through effective leadership, business management, student outcomes, and compliance. This role demands a results-oriented, entrepreneurial leader who can inspire teams, manage operations efficiently, and ensure the campus meets or exceeds enrollment, retention, placement, and revenue targets. The Campus President will be accountable for maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering a high-quality student experience in alignment with the institution’s mission and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Campus Leadership & Culture
- Lead and manage all campus operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs and services.
- Build and maintain a performance-driven culture focused on student satisfaction, accountability, and results.
- Hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing staff and faculty, while upholding company values and standards.
- Enrollment & Retention
- Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to meet campus enrollment goals.
- Partner with Student Services and Academic Affairs to drive retention, graduation, and career placement metrics.
- Monitor student engagement data and implement strategies to proactively support at-risk students.
- Business & Financial Management
- Manage campus P&L to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining a quality educational environment.
- Forecast budgets and deliver against performance KPIs including EBITDA and student outcomes.
- Compliance & Accreditation
- Ensure all campus activities comply with accreditation standards, state and federal regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead audit preparation and response efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability across all departments.
- Career Services & Employer Engagement
- Support Career Services in developing employer partnerships and job placement initiatives.
- Ensure graduates are prepared for workforce entry and support ongoing improvement of placement rates.
- Community & Corporate Engagement
- Represent the campus in the local community to foster brand awareness and partnerships.
- Engage with employers, community leaders, and advisory boards to ensure alignment with workforce needs.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level campus, operations, or multi-unit leadership experience in the for-profit education sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing campus P&L, driving student performance outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Title IV, accreditation standards, and state regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into action.
Preferred Experience - Prior experience in a nationally or regionally accredited, Title IV eligible institution.
- Track record of exceeding enrollment, retention, and placement goals in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., CampusVue, Salesforce), LMS platforms, and student retention analytics tools.
