Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Client Services Specialist to provide high-level administrative, marketing, and client support for a busy, remote-based real estate team. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and team members to manage client communications, prepare documentation, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preference will be given to Real Estate agents and proven remote workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, conducting research and problem-solving as needed
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, contracts, and legal documentation
  • Maintain and update property information, statistics, and business activity reports
  • Coordinate marketing activities including social media management, classified listings, and advertising campaigns
  • Schedule and manage third-party vendors such as photographers, videographers, lawyers, and lenders
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with company standards
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and record-keeping

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in administration, business, legal assistant, or related discipline preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate or agriculture-related industries is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Windows operating systems
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
