ConsultANZ is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a respected Australian civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure works across Sydney. Your Role Will Involve:

• Managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring procurement activities are aligned with company procedures and industry best practices
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to uphold contractual obligations
• Preparing and analysing cost reports, forecasts, and commercial performance indicators
• Handling variations, claims, EOTs, and contractual correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
• Assisting in the preparation of claims and commercial submissions
• Supporting procurement efforts and coordinating supplier and subcontractor engagement
• Taking on ad-hoc tasks to support broader project delivery and commercial success

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil infrastructure, construction, or commercial management
• A degree or formal qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Excellent attention to detail and an ability to implement streamlined commercial processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
• Capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with confidence
• Previous leadership or team coordination experience will be highly regarded
• Willingness to travel interstate when required
