ConsultANZ is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established civil engineering company delivering major infrastructure projects across Sydney. Key Responsibilities

• Manage project cost control and financial tracking across multiple scopes
• Ensure procurement aligns with company procedures and project requirements
• Maintain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to uphold contractual obligations
• Support commercial operations through cost reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Administer and manage variations, claims, delays, and contractual instructions
• Draft and issue claims, variations, notices, and contractual documentation
• Oversee supplier engagement and coordinate procurement and subcontractor activities
• Assist with ad-hoc commercial tasks as needed to support project delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in civil construction, quantity surveying, or a related discipline
• Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering
• Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and solutions-driven attitude with a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Prior team leadership experience is advantageous
• Flexibility to travel interstate when required
