ConsultANZ is looking for a proactive and skilled Project Engineer with a strong background in structural engineering to join a leading civil infrastructure team in Auckland. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that are shaping the future of infrastructure in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise works and subcontractors on the project to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
• Track progress and ensure alignment with project timelines for your section of work.
• Assist with cost tracking and financial reporting related to your section.
• Manage and resolve any issues or delays within your scope of the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on structural projects.
• In-depth knowledge of TMR specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented attitude.
• Multidisciplinary experience, particularly in detailed structural work, with some earthworks experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience working with main contractors.
• Strong management skills for overseeing staff and subcontractors.
