ConsultANZ is looking for a Plant Mechanic for a Civil Piling company in Wollongong. As a Plant Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repairs of heavy mobile plant and equipment used in piling and civil construction.
  
  
  
Main Duties:

• You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of machinery on-site.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on piling and earthmoving equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Work closely with site teams to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

  
  
Requirements:

• More than 5years experience working with heavy mobile plant, earthmoving equipment, or cranes.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, Diesel Mechanics, or equivalent).
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
