ABOUT THE ROLE

Play a crucial part in developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals. You’ll create engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, videos, and more, ensuring it resonates with the target audience. A key aspect of the role will be building and maintaining relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers, while also curating user-generated content to showcase the community’s passion. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of traditional marketing, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and how it can complement digital efforts. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, lead exciting campaigns, and contribute to the company’s growth in a creative and supportive environment.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content across social media, blogs, and videos.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers.
  • Curate and repurpose user-generated content for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social channels for customer feedback, trends, and engagement opportunities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
This role requires someone with strong content strategy experience, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record in influencer and ambassador relationship management. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of traditional marketing, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and how it can complement digital efforts. They should be creative, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a keen eye on trends and performance. Additionally, they should be comfortable jumping into filming and editing content when needed. Cultural fit is vital, and they are looking for an outgoing, bubbly individual who aligns with the company’s creative, collaborative environment.
  • Extensive experience in content strategy and creation across multiple platforms.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining ambassador and influencer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic personality that fits well within a collaborative, creative culture.
