ABOUT THE ROLE
As Social Media Specialist, you'll own activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook—and possibly WeChat. From stylish furniture to dreamy tableware, you’ll bring products to life through video, visuals, and copy that stops the scroll. You’ll create, curate, and collaborate, managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, mocking up ads, producing social-first video content (CapCut pros, this is for you!), and working closely with buying, marketing, and photography teams to align campaigns with product drops.


  • Manage social activity across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and (potentially) WeChat.
  • Create and publish visual, written, and video content that aligns with trends and engages audiences.
  • Run end-to-end influencer marketing, from talent selection to contracts and campaign briefs.
  • Mock-up social media ads and coordinate with photographers to produce professional imagery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product timing and oversee day-to-day admin tasks.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You’ll need professional social media experience and the confidence to take ownership of campaigns from start to finish. A natural feel for trends, strong video skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. Personality is just as important, so being friendly, adaptable, and eager to collaborate will help you thrive. You should be comfortable learning new systems, open to feedback, and ready to balance creative work with detailed processes and approvals.


  • Professional social media experience.
  • Confidence to lead projects independently and act as backup support.
  • Strong understanding of trends, video content, and platform best practices.
  • Friendly, adaptable personality with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
