ABOUT THE ROLE
You’re not here to chase briefs.

You’re here to guide them, and shape the work that follows.

In this role, you’ll be the steady hand between client ambition and agency output. You’ll lead conversations, set direction, and make sure everyone’s on the same page.

You won’t be running campaigns yourself — but you’ll play a key role in ensuring they’re on-brand, on-brief, and on time. You’ll build strong client relationships, bring structure to the process, and work closely with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to help produce work everyone’s proud of.

  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
  • Understand business goals and turn them into clear internal briefs
  • Lead the day-to-day flow of work across strategy, creative, and delivery
  • Keep projects on track with budgets, timelines, and client expectations
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts and add extra value

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You’ll have agency experience in your background and will thrive when speaking with clients, leading meetings, brainstorming ideas, and bringing ideas to life.

You’re a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and you love bringing order to complexity.

  • Experience in account management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Confident managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations
