ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a strategic and creative digital marketer who knows how to craft messages that resonate. This role is all about using your storytelling skills to bring thoughtful, values-driven content to life across social, email and web. You'll partner closely with the Head of Marketing to shape digital strategies that support growth, deepen member engagement, and bring brand purpose to life. You'll create and manage organic content strategy, own the voice and tone across channels, and brief agency partners on paid media and creative execution. This role blends content planning, audience insight, and strategic thinking into one.
Plan and create organic content across social media, email, and web for customer acquisition and retention.
Lead email marketing using Klaviyo, tailoring messaging to resonate with very specific segments.
Collaborate on website optimisation, ensuring it performs as a key conversion tool.
Brief/manage agency partners for paid media, creative, and digital performance.
Build and manage content calendars, always rooted in meaning, not just “posting to post.”
ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a purpose-driven investment firm with a strong focus on responsible finance. They help investors grow their wealth in a way that reflects their values, combining disciplined fund management with a commitment to broader social and environmental outcomes. With a close-knit, collaborative team and a clear sense of purpose, the business offers a rare balance of commercial ambition and meaningful impact. You'll be joining a professional and supportive environment where long-term thinking, integrity, and innovation are genuinely valued. If you're looking for work that feels both rewarding and relevant, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a team making a real difference.
Ethical and purpose-driven with a genuine commitment to positive global impact.
Close-knit, supportive team environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You’re a curious and confident marketer with a love of content, storytelling, and brand voice. You will write brilliantly and know how to strategically bring emotional intelligence to your campaigns. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to brief, manage, and collaborate with agency partners, especially around paid social and search strategy.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Proven success in crafting organic content strategy.
Email marketing experience, ideally with Klaviyo.
A strong grasp of digital channels, including social, web, and email.
Experience in briefing agencies on paid campaigns and creative direction.
Commercial acumen and an interest in ethical investing or purpose-driven brands.
Calmness under pressure, strong internal stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset.
Experience in the financial services industry could be a benefit, but it’s not a deal breaker. Also, our client has specifically asked us to include this statement: We’re aware women often don’t apply unless they can do 100% of the role – please don’t do that. If you feel you’re generally a good match, we’d love to hear from you. No one will have 100% of what we’re after and we’d rather know what you can do (we might be able to teach you the rest).
HOW TO APPLY The easiest way to apply is by submitting your profile through this website. Alternatively, feel free to send your CV or LinkedIn profile directly to us at team@campfirerecruitment.co.nz.
