ABOUT THE ROLE In this part-time, fully remote role, you’ll dive into a variety of projects where no two days are the same. Your main focus will be driving paid search campaigns across Google Ads to help clients achieve real, measurable growth. You’ll also have the chance to explore SEO and craft compelling copy if that sparks your interest. Working with a supportive, ambitious team, you’ll manage accounts, optimise performance, and contribute fresh ideas to elevate results. As the agency continues to grow, your hours and responsibilities can expand too, offering an exciting opportunity to shape your role and develop your expertise.
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads.
- Monitor performance and report on campaign results.
- Contribute ideas to improve client marketing strategies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE To excel in this role, you’ll bring hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and a strong understanding of paid search best practices. Ideally, you’ll also be comfortable with SEO and enjoy crafting engaging ad copy. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a remote environment will set you up for success.
