ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll be instrumental in planning and executing paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and potentially programmatic and digital-out-of-home (DOOH) platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, helping develop data-driven strategies and optimising campaign performance to ensure real impact. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of scope to make an impact and contribute to fresh, innovative campaigns.
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and potentially DOOH platforms.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop data-driven media strategies.
Optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum results and client satisfaction.
Manage client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of campaign goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and strategies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE To thrive in this role, you’ll need solid experience managing digital paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and potentially DOOH. A strong grasp of data-driven strategies and campaign optimisation is essential. A great attitude, plenty of spark, and a hands-on approach are key to fitting in with the team. Being a good cultural fit and maintaining strong client relationships is just as important as your technical expertise.
Experience managing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
Strong data analysis and campaign optimisation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary + Benefits
