SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You’ll need hands-on experience running performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms, ideally within an agency environment. Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to interpret data to drive optimisation are key. You should be confident managing multiple campaigns at once, communicating with clients, and using digital tools like Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Prior experience in a digital performance marketing role.
Ideally, an agency background with strong communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a data-led approach to optimisation.
Familiarity with tracking tools including Google Tag Manager and GA4.
