ABOUT THE ROLE This is a rare opportunity to customise your role based on your skills and career goals. You’ll work directly with clients, managing their accounts and leading digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll also generate reports, analyse data, and present strategic insights to drive results.
If you’re keen to expand your expertise, there’s also an opportunity to work across traditional media channels, including print, TV, and radio. More senior candidates can step into a Manager position, overseeing larger accounts and mentoring junior team members.
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and presenting campaign performance reports.
Explore cross-channel media buying, including traditional media (TV, radio, and print) if applicable.
Manage budgets, leverage automation, and use data-driven insights to improve performance and ROI.
At Manager level, lead high-value accounts, mentor junior team members, and contribute to team development.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE This role is suited to a mid to senior-level digital marketer with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, and data analysis.
Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimising high-performing digital campaigns.
Excellent client management skills, with the ability to present reports and provide strategic recommendations.
Experience in automation, budget management, and data-driven performance optimisation.
Traditional media buying experience – a plus but not essential.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Benefits
