If you’re currently working in a digital marketing agency and feel boxed into repetitive campaign execution or chaotic account management, this role offers something different. You’ll join a highly strategic, process-driven agency where you’ll work closely with growth-focused clients, gain exposure across the full digital ecosystem, and build genuine commercial and strategic capability.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a client-facing digital account management role focused on helping clients successfully implement and execute strategic marketing initiatives across paid media, creative, websites, CRO, automation, and digital growth projects.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, internal paid media specialists, and external partners to coordinate delivery, manage client relationships, present recommendations, and help clients understand how digital strategy translates into commercial growth.
Build trusted long-term relationships with growth-focused clients
Coordinate strategic digital projects across multiple channels
Present campaign insights, recommendations, and performance updates
Manage project delivery and workflows through Monday.com
Oversee implementation across paid media and broader digital campaigns
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You’ll likely come from a digital agency environment and already have experience managing client relationships, coordinating projects, presenting campaign results, or supporting digital marketing delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys strategy conversations, relationship management, and helping clients grow.
You do not need to be a highly technical performance marketing specialist. However, you do need enough digital marketing understanding to confidently communicate with clients, interpret campaign performance, and coordinate implementation across multiple digital channels.
2–3 years’ experience within a digital agency environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital performance campaigns
Experience managing client relationships and project delivery
Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded
