ABOUT THE ROLE This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact coordination role within a major national loyalty programme. You’ll bring together data analysts, creatives, and external suppliers to deliver timely, precise, and persuasive CRM campaigns.
From segmentation to scheduling, this is your chance to become indispensable.
Coordinate multi-channel CRM campaigns from planning to delivery
Brief creatives, printers, and mailhouses on campaign requirements
Work with data analysts to define target segments
Manage campaign documentation, approvals, and results reporting
Maintain timelines and keep all stakeholders aligned
Act as the trusted second-in-command to the Head of CRM, with so much to teach you!

Full-time salary: $60,000 – $70,000

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You’ll be a highly organised coordinator with an understanding of direct marketing, CRM systems, or loyalty campaigns. You’re comfortable working with cross-functional teams and like keeping things moving across multiple deadlines.
Experience managing direct marketing or CRM campaigns
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
Strong attention to detail and timelines
Confident using SAP CRM (or similar), Excel, or marketing platforms
Clear and professional communicator
