C-Suite Partners is proud to partner with a purpose-driven, fast-scaling organisation to appoint a Deputy Chief Executive – Vietnam, a key strategic leadership role at the forefront of the company’s growth and impact across Southeast Asia.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Deputy Chief Executive will be responsible for leading the Vietnamese operations, driving organisational performance, and delivering on strategic priorities in alignment with the Group's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership and operational oversight of the Vietnam business
- Develop and execute country-specific strategic initiatives to support growth and sustainability
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with the Group's mission and stakeholder expectations
- Build strong partnerships across government, community, and industry sectors
- Ensure sound governance, risk management, and compliance standards are maintained
- Represent the organisation as a key public and professional figure within Vietnam
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven executive leadership experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia, ideally within healthcare, education, social enterprise, or community-focused sectors
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with boards and cross-functional leadership teams
- Vietnamese language skills preferred; English fluency essential
- Passion for driving social impact and organisational purpose
