The General Manager will lead and inspire a team of local industry professionals to exceed guests expectations on a daily basis. Involved in all aspects of the business including but with a particular focus on Food & Beverage & Customer Experiences, this is a chance to shine, within a well established group. 

The successful candidate will be skilled in managing and efficiently running a team, rostering and supervising staff, ordering supplies and cost analysis. You will be an innovative and forward thinker with excellent attention to detail and enjoy multi-tasking. A high level of customer service, a flexible work attitude and an enthusiastic approach to change is needed. A full team of HOD's are looking for a mentor, that will empower them and develop their skills. 

This is a full EXPAT package, including accommodation, flights, medical, meals and many more benefits. Due to the fact this is an adults only resort, we cannot accomodate any families for this positions. Single status preferred as no visa support will be available for a partner.

Although sponsorship is available from NZ or Australia, a key requirement is the ability travel to and from New Zealand for Trade relationships, therefore you must already have full working rights to work in New Zealand.
