Whether you’re an experienced Dealership Accountant or an Assistant Accountant looking to step up, these roles provide the structure, support and exposure to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Dealership Accountant

Supporting Dealer Principals and Regional Management, you’ll take ownership of financial operations across multiple sites.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing month-end and year-end processes
• Maintaining trial balances and reconciling accounts
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Preparing OEM reporting and BAS submissions
• Assisting with audit preparation and compliance

This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence financial performance across a dealership network.

Assistant Accountant (Altona)

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone building their accounting career within the automotive or commercial sector.

You’ll be involved in:

• Supporting day-to-day accounting functions
• Assisting with reporting and reconciliations
• Working closely with senior finance staff
• Developing your skills with structured CPA support

This position offers a clear pathway into a Dealership Accountant role over time.
