Casual Bar Staff Wanted – Surf’s Up for Your Next Job!

Do you dream of working right at the water's edge in a relaxed and friendly environment? We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Bar Staff to join our vibrant Surf Life Saving Club and report directly to our awesome Bar Manager.

What’s the role?

Join our crew where the sand meets the bar! You’ll be responsible for:

• Opening the Club bar (set up drinks, prep furniture, open blinds—ensuring we’re ready to roll).
• Serving members and guests responsibly (pouring drinks, keeping fridges stocked, and ensuring everyone has a great time).
• Closing duties (securing drinks, tidying up the bar, and cleaning up at night's end, leaving everything shipshape).

• Full training is provided. Bring your great attitude, and we’ll show you the ropes.
• Flexible casual shifts mainly on Friday and Saturday nights:
• November–April: Friday and Saturday nights.
• April–November: Friday or Saturday nights, plus special events.

• Happy to work evenings and weekends, with extra shifts during special club events.
• Bar experience is great, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter just as much.
