About the Role:
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + super + uncapped commission (base is dependent on prior experience)
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Sydney-based (Hybrid – majority work from home)
Markets: Victoria and Queensland
You’ll manage a warm, dual-state desk with clients and candidates in the Early Childhood sector
This is a newly created position, ideal for someone who thrives on business development and autonomy
You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to placement and aftercare
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships as their primary point of contact
Manage candidate journeys to ensure high satisfaction and successful placements
Work towards and achieve realistic quarterly billing targets
About You:
Experience working as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment
Proven capability in managing the end-to-end (360) recruitment process
A self-starter with a proactive, go-getter attitude and strong communication skills
Passionate about making meaningful connections and delivering quality outcomes
Prior experience or knowledge in Early Childhood or Healthcare recruitment is highly regarded, but not essential
