About the Role:
  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + super + uncapped commission (base is dependent on prior experience)
  • Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Location: Sydney-based (Hybrid – majority work from home)
  • Markets: Victoria and Queensland
  • You’ll manage a warm, dual-state desk with clients and candidates in the Early Childhood sector
  • This is a newly created position, ideal for someone who thrives on business development and autonomy
  • You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to placement and aftercare
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships as their primary point of contact
  • Manage candidate journeys to ensure high satisfaction and successful placements
  • Work towards and achieve realistic quarterly billing targets
About You:
  • Experience working as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment
  • Proven capability in managing the end-to-end (360) recruitment process
  • A self-starter with a proactive, go-getter attitude and strong communication skills
  • Passionate about making meaningful connections and delivering quality outcomes
  • Prior experience or knowledge in Early Childhood or Healthcare recruitment is highly regarded, but not essential
